Randy Perkins
Managing Principal - Montana
Randy is a living legend in the life insurance industry with 4+ decades of experience of helping clients to find the right solution to maximize outcomes. As one of the nation’s leading life insurance producers, he is often sought out for his creative solutions and perceptive insights into this ever-changing industry. He builds trust with clients by taking complex life insurance concepts and strategies and creating stories that allow his clients to understand.
A natural born entrepreneur, Randy was a founding member of National Financial Partners, helping to grow it into the largest distributor of financial services to high net-worth families in the country. During his career, Randy has financed several private companies with successful exits that include both buy-outs and public offerings. His experience in growing disruptive technologies and products in the life insurance industry is paramount to the leadership he brings to his valued clients.
Kyle Perkins
Managing Principal - California
While Kyle has had the benefit of learning from the best in the business, he is also an industry star in his own right. Kyle’s ability to listen to his clients’ needs and then creatively produce solutions is his professional superpower. His attention to detail and strong ethical character combine to make him a trusted advisor for all his clients.
Kyle co-founded Westview Insurance Services, Inc. and is a Managing Principal of Westview Financial Group. Kyle’s finance and insurance career began at Private Advisory Group where he gained tremendous knowledge about the intricacies of the insurance products and of the industry as a whole. Kyle received his Insurance License in 2007 and is licensed in the states of California, Montana, Texas, Washington, Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New York, New Jersey and Florida.
Mr. Perkins holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
Mary Clarizio McGuinness
Principal - California
Mary began her insurance career in 2001, joining Mr. Randy Perkins in Business Development at Private Advisory Group in 2005 and subsequently at Westview Financial Group. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from LMU, bypassing a career as an Insurance Actuary in favor of Business Development roles beginning in 1989, later joining the Perkins family insurance practices.
Mary appreciates the opportunity and privilege to impact the financial security of her clients and their family, for generations to come. Working with the Perkins family and Westview Financial Group allows her significant depth of expertise, experience plus the necessary resources to help her clients claim the freedom and confidence to utilize insurance vehicles effectively to transform their financial legacy.
David D’Arcangelo

David is the former host of the TV show "Money Talk", Chairman or President of two publicly traded companies and author of the paradigm shattering book titled, "The Secret Asset".

A former All-American football player and University of Redlands Athletic Hall of Famer, Mr. D’Arcangelo resides with his wife, Carrie, daughter Ava Bella in Solana Beach, California
